How to Book Premium Tatkal Ticket?

Here are the steps to book the Premium Tatkal ticket-

Step 1: Log in to the IRCTC website and provide your username and password.

Step 2: Go to 'Plan my travel' section and provide the journey details.

Step 3: Submit the details. Now the user can see the list of trains.

Step 4: Click on the Premium Tatkal button available next to the Select Quota section, providing the list of trains with the premium tatkal ticket facility.

Step 5: Choose the train and book the tickets as quickly as you can. This is because it will provide you with the lowest fare.

Step 6: Provide passenger details and submit the documents like Voter ID, PAN or any other government verified identity.

Step 7: Take a printout of the same or otherwise you will receive the e-ticket in the mail.
